The project is the result of the longest and the fastest weeks of the company.
The client has been looking for the ideal design for their dream house for years, so when they find it, everything goes smoothly, from the building plans through the actual construction.
The house is divided into three zones: the first is public, which is mostly on the ground floor for guests to enjoy, the second is semi-public, which is offices and other recreational spaces on the roof deck that can be enjoyed by both residents and visitors, and the third is private, which is bedrooms, which are mostly on the second floor of the house.
