One of the client's notes is that the building must be constructed the simplest way possible. Having lesser onaments, being simple, white, and inviting is the theme for the facade. The designer's take on this project is casual yet striking, which sums up the color palette of the exterior design.
The facade transparency, combined with an eye-catching bright orange paint as an accent; And wood claddings as brise soleil to casually minimize sun and heat exposure that might enter the building - wraps the total aesthetic look of the project.
